Stephen Keith

Director, President, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Keith has worked on projects in more than 30 countries, with a concentration in Latin America. He has over 15 years of experience working with mining and energy companies, spearheading projects through feasibility studies, engineering design, project management and construction. He has engaged in over CDN$2 billion in financings and merger and acquisition deals for natural resource projects. Mr. Keith was most recently a founder and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rio Verde Minerals Development Corp. (TSX: RVD), a company he took from concept to listing onto the TSX, with over $30 million completed in equity financings. Mr. Keith led Rio Verde until its acquisition by B&A Fertilizers Limited on March 13, 2013. He is on the Board of Directors of Aura Minerals Inc. Mr. Keith has previously held the titles of Vice President, Corporate Development at Plutonic Power Corporation; Director, Investment Banking at Thomas Wiesel Partners; Vice President, Investment Banking at Westwind Partners Mining Group; and Manager, Technical Services with Knight Piesold Consulting. He holds a BSc, Applied Science (Queen's University), an International MBA (York University, Schulich School of Business) and a PEng (Ontario and British Columbia).
 

James Clucas

Director, Executive Chairman

Mr. Clucas was Chief Financial Officer of Inco's Canadian operations until 1984 and has been involved in the development of several mineral deposits, including the Snow Lake Mine (High River Gold Mines), Montana Tunnels (Pegasus Mining), the Fenix Project (HudBay Minerals Inc.). He was the founder of International Nickel Ventures Inc., which acquired and developed the Santa Fe/Ipora Nickel Laterite deposit in Brazil.
 

Dr. Randy Miller, Ph.D, P.Geo

Vice-President of Exploration

Dr. Miller holds a Ph.D in Geology from the University of Toronto. He has extensive experience studying rare earth elements including field mapping and supervision of a 15,000 m diamond drilling program on the Strange Lake deposit in NW Labrador for Iron Ore Company of Canada. Subsequently, he spent 12 years with the Newfoundland and Labrador Geological Survey as their Rare Earth Specialist undertaking metallogenic studies on rare metal and rare earth element mineralization. Dr. Miller's publications include papers and reports on the Strange Lake deposit, on the mineralization and geology of the Nuiklavik volcanic rocks and on the Mann-type mineralization in the Letitia Lake area, Labrador. The model of rare earth element metallogeny developed from these studies is the basis of Search Mineral's REE exploration program in Labrador.
 

Dr. David Dreisinger, Ph.D

Director, Vice-President of Technology

Dr. Dreisinger holds a Ph.D in metallurgical engineering from Queens University. He is a professor at the University of British Columbia and since 1993 has held the Industrial Research Chair in Hydrometallurgy. He is a world renowned expert in hydrometallurgical processing. Dr. Dreisinger has published more than 200 technical papers and has been involved extensively as a process consultant in industrial research programs with global metallurgical companies. He has participated in 13 U.S. patents for work in areas such as concentrate and ore pressure leaching, ion exchange removal of impurities from process solutions, use of thiosulfate as an alternative to cyanide in gold leaching, and leach-electrolysis treatment of copper recovery from sulfide ores. Dr. Dreisinger serves on the board of PolyMet Mining and is an officer of Baja Mining Corporation, South American Silver Corporation and Clifton Star Resources.
 

Matthew Anderson

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2008 while articling at a large accounting firm. He currently works with Malaspina Consultants Inc., a company providing consulting and administrative services to junior resource companies such as Avanti Mining Inc. and I-Minerals Inc.
