Mr. Keith has worked on projects in more than 30 countries, with a concentration in Latin America. He has over 15 years of experience working with mining and energy companies, spearheading projects through feasibility studies, engineering design, project management and construction. He has engaged in over CDN$2 billion in financings and merger and acquisition deals for natural resource projects. Mr. Keith was most recently a founder and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rio Verde Minerals Development Corp. (TSX: RVD), a company he took from concept to listing onto the TSX, with over $30 million completed in equity financings. Mr. Keith led Rio Verde until its acquisition by B&A Fertilizers Limited on March 13, 2013. He is on the Board of Directors of Aura Minerals Inc. Mr. Keith has previously held the titles of Vice President, Corporate Development at Plutonic Power Corporation; Director, Investment Banking at Thomas Wiesel Partners; Vice President, Investment Banking at Westwind Partners Mining Group; and Manager, Technical Services with Knight Piesold Consulting. He holds a BSc, Applied Science (Queen's University), an International MBA (York University, Schulich School of Business) and a PEng (Ontario and British Columbia).

Mr. Clucas was Chief Financial Officer of Inco's Canadian operations until 1984 and has been involved in the development of several mineral deposits, including the Snow Lake Mine (High River Gold Mines), Montana Tunnels (Pegasus Mining), the Fenix Project (HudBay Minerals Inc.). He was the founder of International Nickel Ventures Inc. which acquired and developed the Santa Fe/Ipora Nickel Laterite deposit in Brazil.

Dr. Dreisinger holds a Ph.D in metallurgical engineering from Queens University. He is a professor at the University of British Columbia and since 1993 has held the Industrial Research Chair in Hydrometallurgy. He is a world renowned expert in hydrometallurgical processing.

Mr. Giannetti da Fonseca, is a Brazilian national residing in Sao Paulo. He is currently CEO of Kaduna Consulting Group, which provides extensive service as a business advisor to more than 50 Brazilian and multinational companies. He is also Executive Director of International Affairs and Foreign Trade (FIESP), a Sao Paulo State business industrial association with more than 130,000 associates. From 2000-2002, he was the Secretary of Foreign Trade, Brazilian Federal Government.

Dr. Patterson is a professional geologist and an independent economic and exploration geological consultant. Dr. Patterson, with a Ph.D from London University, England, has over forty years experience in initiating, developing, conducting and supervising all phases of mineral exploration, ore reserve audits and valuations worldwide including Canada, Ireland, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Dr. Patterson was Exploration Vice-President of FNX Mining Inc. and assisted with the revival and building of FNX from a $20 million company to a $2.5 billion leading Canadian mining company. Dr. Patterson is currently a Director of Merrex Gold Inc., International Millennium Mining Corp, Acme Resources corp., Frontline Gold Corp. and Southeast Asia Mining Company.

Mr. Saunders has been a business owner in Newfoundland & Labrador for the past 30 years. During this time he has acquired, managed and consolidated several transportation companies to service all regions of that province and is currently President and a major shareholder of three private companies.

Mr. Penha has eight years of mining, corporate development, research and investment banking experience, and he is currently the General Manager, Corporate Development at Rio Novo Gold (TSX: RN) and Vice-President, Corporate Development at Aura Minerals Inc. (TSX:ORA) His past roles have included Vice-President, Corporate Development at Rio Verde Minerals Development Corp. (TSX: RVD); Vice President, Research and Corporate Development at Tau Capital Corp. in Toronto; Gold Research Associate at both Merrill Lynch Canada and Clarus Securities Inc.; and as an Investment Banker in the Mining Group of Thomas Weisel Partners Canada. Mr. Penha also worked for over five years in Corporate Finance at Banif Investment Banking, and other capital markets institutions based in Brazil. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce, and he holds an MBA (York University, Schulich School of Business), a B.Sc. Economics, (Rio de Janeiro State University) and a Post-Degree in Corporate Finance (Getulio Vargas Foundation, Rio de Janeiro).
